About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs align with project goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, collect feedback, and refine designs based on usability testing and data insights.
- Maintain design consistency across all projects, adhering to design guidelines and brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a robust focus on Figma.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for various screen sizes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills,



with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for understanding technical feasibility.
- Experience conducting or analyzing user research and usability testing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
