Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting statutory compliances. The role involves maintaining accurate records, assisting audits, and ensuring adherence to Hindalco financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payments.
- Assist in statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filing.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control measures.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records for future reference.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors,



and auditors regarding finance-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies, processes, and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts/finance roles (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP, Tally ERP, or similar) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹40,680.56 per month
