We are a growing electrical wires and cables distribution company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Billing Executive to manage our daily dispatch operations, billing, and customer coordination. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of logistics, accounts, and customer service.
- Billing & Accounting: Generate accurate GST invoices and maintain records using Tally Prime.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate daily with warehouse staff to ensure correct stock picking and organize timely vehicle placement with transport vendors.
- Logistics Management: Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and track shipments until they reach the customer.
- Payment Follow-ups: Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and reconciliation.
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical records using MS Word and Excel.
