Key Responsibilities Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Classes I-XII
- Teach grammar, literature, reading comprehension, and writing skills
- Follow CBSE/NCERT syllabus and academic standards
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments

Student Development
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Encourage critical thinking and creative expression
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluations
- Provide individual attention and feedback

Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace
- Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods
- Monitor and record student progress

School Activities
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school programs
- Support debates, literary activities,



and competitions
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- PRT: UG in English + D.El.Ed/B.Ed
- TGT: B.A English + B.Ed
- PGT: M.A English + B.Ed
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience (CBSE preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to engage students across all grade levels

Additional Requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
