About Us:
BlueMasons is an interior design firm with an in-house furniture manufacturing unit. We handle end-to-end interior execution along with custom furniture production.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor who understands interior execution and can manage on-site work efficiently. The role requires hands-on knowledge of materials, coordination with teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and timelines
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
- Handle site measurements and basic documentation
- Report progress and issues to the management team
- Ensure proper handling and installation of modular and loose furniture
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in interior site supervision
- Positive knowledge of materials (plywood, laminates, finishes, hardware, etc.)
- Basic understanding of modular furniture and loose furniture
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in or willing to work across Kolkata sites
