Experience in AD services monitoringKey Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 support on a rotational basis to maintain system stability.
- Monitor Active Directory services, issue identification and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct health checks for production and non-production environments.
- Perform standard changes like patch management, 3rd party tools upgradesSoft Skills:
