Responsibilities:
- Handle sales leads provided by the company through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
- Maintain and regularly follow up on the customer database to convert enquiries into sales.
- Attend and assist showroom walk-in clients whenever required, ensuring a professional and pleasant customer experience.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom sales growth.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Showroom Executive or Sales Executive.
- Experience in building materials, interiors, or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling customers both in person and over the phone.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
