Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship & Needs Assessment
- Lead Consultations: Visit prospective and existing clients to accurately assess their specific service needs.
- Monthly Visits: Conduct scheduled, on-site client visits to gather feedback and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Brand Representation:Build strong rapport and trust, acting as the primary face of Aaraam.
- Account Growth: Identify natural opportunities to cross-sell or upgrade our subscription services.

2. Resource Allocation & Matchmaking:
- The Perfect Match: Deploy the most suitable staff or trainer based on a deep understanding of client requirements.
- Active Coordination: Make periodic check-in calls to both clients and staff to ensure expectations are met.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to resolve any grievances, ensuring smooth service and preventing cancellations.

3. Staff Training & Mentorship
- Onboarding: Run orientation and mentorship programs for new staff using Aaraam’s training modules.
- Skill Development:



Conduct monthly grooming and training sessions to maintain our high qualified standards.

4. Documentation & Administration
- Record Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records (KYC, contracts, history) for all clients and staff.
- Compliance: Ensure complete and accurate end-to-end documentation for both parties before any service begins.

5. Brand Growth & Media Coordination
- Service Expansion: Proactively pitch ideas and strategies to maximize Aaraam’s local presence and service offerings.
- Testimonials & Content: Plan and coordinate client testimonial shoots. Collaborate with the social media team and cameraman to schedule, direct, and brainstorm creative content ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in Relationship Management, Customer Success, or client-facing operations.
- Communication: Fluent in English and local languages to seamlessly interact with premium clients and service staff.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic
