We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive to handle customer calls and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure collections
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls and payments
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Prior experience in collections is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
