Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end modular production floor activities
- Manage workflow across cutting, assembly, finishing, and dispatch
- Execute production as per design drawings and specifications
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strict quality control at every stage of production
- Lead and manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers
- Coordinate with design, CRM, and execution teams
- Ensure availability and efficient use of materials
- Minimize wastage and reduce rework
- Maintain safety, discipline, and operational efficiency on the floor
- Share daily/weekly production updates with management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in production/factory floor management
- Good team handling and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting and tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field
- Experience in interior execution or modular manufacturing companies
