Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Conduct (deliver) scheduled product demos to prospective customers
- Handle objections, answer queries, and showcase product value
- Convert demos into sales/revenue (primary conversion owner)
- Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of demos delivered per week/month
- Demo-to-sale conversion rate (%)
- Revenue generated from demos
- Number of self-sourced demos
- CRM update accuracy
Requirements:
- 2-3 years sales experience (edtech, banking, consumer sales preferred)
- Fluent in Kannada & English (must)
- Solid demo/presentation skills, conversion focus, and accountability
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
