Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment
- Handle air compressors, dryers, and pneumatic systems:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling towers:
- Monitor and maintain LT/HT electrical systems and power distribution:
- Ensure proper functioning of water systems, pumps, and pipelines:
- Maintain daily logs and records of utility operations
- Identify faults and carry out quick troubleshooting and rectification:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements:
- Support production team by ensuring uninterrupted utility supply
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics and compressors:
- Experience in HVAC & chiller maintenance:
- Understanding of electrical systems (LT/HT):
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems (preferred but not mandatory):
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals:
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or utility maintenance will be an added advantage
