Job Title: Research and Development (R&D;) Executive

Job Overview:
The Research and Development (R&D;) Executive will be responsible for supporting product innovation, development, and optimization initiatives. This role involves conducting structured research, analyzing technical data, and contributing to the development and improvement of products, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute research experiments to support product development and enhancement
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental and field data to derive actionable insights
- Assist in formulation development, testing protocols, and validation procedures
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, quality benchmarks, and safety guidelines
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies,



and competitor developments

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc / M.Sc) in Agriculture
- MBA in Agribusiness
- Ph.D. (desirable for advanced research roles)

Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant research tools/software
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Research & Development, preferably within agriculture, agribusiness, or allied sectors
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn current technologies and processes
