Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Script Writer, or Content Strategist
- Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, sustainability, or energy sector is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience creating high-conversion scripts for ads, explainer videos, reels, and sales campaigns
- Experience working with marketing, sales, or performance marketing teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Robust command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Solid understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and storytelling
- Ability to simplify technical solar concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Experience with SEO-friendly content, social media copy, and video scripts

Key Skills




- Scriptwriting for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Ads, and Explainer Videos
- Strong research and fact-checking skills (solar policies, subsidies, ROI, net metering, etc.)
- Ability to align content with brand voice, business goals, and lead generation
- Excellent time management and collaboration skills

Bonus (preferred)
- Knowledge of solar industry regulations, government subsidies, and market trends
- Experience with performance marketing content and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, CMS platforms, and AI content tools
