1. Job Purpose

This role will require interaction across all relevant sites and some travel between OSB Group locations as required.

2. Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and product owner, ensuring the team has a transparent understanding of project requirements and priorities
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Remove impediments to the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to address any issues or roadblocks
- Track and report on team progress, using Agile metrics (Dev, QE, Security, etc.) and tools to ensure transparency and visibility for stakeholders around team performance and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence
- Assist with resource planning, workload distribution, and cross-team coordination to optimize team productivity and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities and the overall software development process
