Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track brand mentions across online platforms, review websites, forums, and social mediachannels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, queries, and feedback.
- Address negative comments and complaints in a constructive manner to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations) to resolve customerconcerns.
- Report recurring issues and customer feedback trends to the management team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work towards improving brand sentiment and customer satisfaction online.
- Ensure responses align with the company’s communication standards and brand tone.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Customer Support, or Social Media Management preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer feedback professionally and tactfully.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
