Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Provide detailed information about hostel facilities, pricing, and services
- Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable accommodation
- Convert leads into successful admissions/bookings
- Maintain proper follow-ups with interested students
- Coordinate with operations team for room allocation and onboarding
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling / admissions / sales
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, English (Marathi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
- Target-driven and good convincing skills
