Eligibility Criteria:
Degree (Graduation / Post-Graduation):
- Full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
- BBA / MBA in Culinary Arts
- B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science
OR
Diploma:
- 3-year full time Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Science
- Diploma in Food Production
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
