Identify and connect with prospective buyers/investors for bank auction properties.
- Conduct field visits, site showings, and client meetings.
- Generate leads through market visits, brokers, and personal networks.
- Explain property details, auction process, and documentation to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for property listings, pricing, and legal documentation.
- Assist clients throughout the auction and purchase process.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
