Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day hospital operations

Ensure smooth coordination between departments (OP, IP, Pharmacy, Lab)

Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting time

2. Staff Management

Supervise doctors, nurses, and support staff

Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance

Handle staff issues, discipline, and performance

3. Patient Care & Experience

Ensure high-quality patient care and service

Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly

Maintain patient satisfaction standards

4. Administration

Maintain hospital records and documentation

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements

Coordinate with management for reporting and audits

5. Financial & Business Management

Monitor revenue, expenses, and branch profitability

Achieve monthly targets (OP/IP revenue)

Control operational costs

6. Vendor & Inventory Management

Manage medical supplies and stock

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Minimum 3 to 4 year's of Experience Hospital Related
