A Construction Supervisor oversees on-site execution of residential or commercial projects, ensuring work progresses as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines while managing labour, materials, and coordination with engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Monitoring
- Supervise daily construction activities from foundation to finishing
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety norms
- Monitor productivity and maintain progress as per schedule

Labour & Material Management
- Allocate tasks to masons, helpers, and subcontractors
- Track material usage and avoid wastage or theft
- Coordinate with store and purchase teams for timely supply

Quality Control
- Check line, level, curing, mix ratios, shuttering, and finishing




- Ensure proper workmanship before next stage approval
- Report defects immediately and get them corrected

Required Skills:
- Positive knowledge of residential construction stages
- Ability to handle labour teams confidently
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Practical problem-solving on site

Preferred Experience
- 3-8 years in residential construction supervision
- Experience handling independent house projects preferred.
