Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise security architecture and strategy:
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews:
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices:
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to embed security in SDLC (DevSecOps):
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations:
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to security and engineering teams
Required Skills:
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services (IAM, WAF, Shield, etc.):
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP)
- Hands-on with identity & access management (IAM), encryption, and network security:
- Experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD security, and vulnerability management:
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, threat detection, and incident response
Nice to Have:
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP)
- Experience in enterprise/fintech environments:
- Exposure to zero trust architecture and cloud-native security
