Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, freelancer, Fiverr and other freelance platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to the client's needs and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their project requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for project acquisition.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online bidding and freelancing.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Proven track record of winning projects and meeting targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of different industries and project types commonly found on bidding platforms.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and create customized proposals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using Upwork and other bidding platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
