Supports senior architects and project managers by translating design concepts into technical drawings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing site execution. They bridge the gap between design vision and construction reality.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design Development & Drafting: Assist in creating conceptual designs, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections for residential or commercial projects using CAD/Revit.
- Technical Drawings & GFC: Prepare detailed working drawings and "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and specifications.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop 3D models and renderings for presentations, marketing materials, and client approval using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: Research local building codes, zoning bylaws, and environmental regulations to assist in preparing documents for submission to local authorities for permits and sanctions.
- Site Management & Execution: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress,



ensuring compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (sales, planning) and external consultants (structural, MEP, interior designers) to integrate design elements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date architectural drawings, documentation, revision records, and project schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Software Proficiency: Robust knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory) and Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience, preferably within a real estate development firm or an architectural studio.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of space planning, building codes, and construction methods.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
