Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the Noida real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Explain the features and perks of various real estate properties.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or on-site property visits with clients.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team about market trends and customer needs.
