Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with deep, hands-on expertise in organic search growth who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-led decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who understands how inspirational travel storytelling intersects with performance-driven digital marketing and has a deep, practical understanding of how up-to-date digital ecosystems work.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead and execute organic SEO strategy, covering technical SEO,



content optimization and authority-building initiatives going beyond traditional on-page and off-page practices.
- Conduct advanced keyword research using multiple tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Mangools etc.), with a strong focus on destination-led and intent-driven travel searches.
- Build search intent-based content frameworks (informational, commercial, transactional) for travel-related queries.
- Perform competitor and SERP analysis, including featured snippets, People Also Ask, and zero-click results.
- Handle technical SEO audits and implementation including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
- Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and ensure SEO best practices are baked into site releases.
- Monitor and manage index coverage, redirects, canonicalization and structured data.
- Optimize content for search intent
