Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and graphics aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement,



and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is preferred.
