Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (BA/B.Com/BBA/BSW/MSW preferred)
- Certification in Career Counselling / Skill Development (preferred)

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in mobilization, student counselling, or placement coordination
- Experience in Government / CSR skill projects preferred

Key Skills:
- Community outreach & mobilization
- Placement coordination & employer linkage
- Documentation & reporting

Language Requirement: Gujarati, Hindi & English (mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,243.99 - ₹18,313.71 per month
