Role Overview:
- Responsible for managing PO-based dispatch operations for quick commerce channels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate data management, and smooth coordination with logistics and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PO-based order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for vehicle scheduling and timely deliveries.
- Maintain records of POs, dispatch data, MIS, and ERP/WMS entries.
- Communicate with internal teams and quick commerce partners (Sales person) for daily operations and issue resolution.
- Lead warehouse staff, enforce SOPs, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, order accuracy, and dispatch timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of warehouse/quick commerce operations
- Positive communication & data management skills
- Proficiency in Excel & ERP/WMS
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with team‑handling exposure
