What You’ll Do
1. Platform Management (Core Responsibility):
- Handle Uengage and Petpooja dashboards daily
- Update menu, pricing, availability
- Ensure systems are synced and running smoothly
2. Order Management:
- Monitor orders across platforms
- Ensure zero missed or delayed orders
- Coordinate with store team for smooth execution
3. Issue Resolution:
- Identify and fix backend/order issues quickly
- Coordinate with Uengage support when needed
- Follow up until problems are resolved
4. Basic Operations Support:
- Assist in daily store operations when required
- Coordinate with team across functions
- Step in to solve issues on-ground
5. Events Support:
- Assist in small events or activations
- Help with coordination and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or solid familiarity with Uengage + Petpooja (mandatory):
- Detail-oriented (small errors = lost orders)
- Fast and reliable
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with both backend and on-ground work
- Based in Hyderabad
