Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, and visual enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of videos as per project timelines.

2. On-Ground Shoots & Coordination
- Travel to colleges, schools, coaching institutes, and external locations for shoots.
- Collaborate with content creators to capture relevant and high-quality footage.
- Handle in office setup including camera framing, lighting, and audio.

3. Podcast & Third-Party Shoots
- Assist in podcast recordings and external brand collaborations.
- Manage end-to-end post-production including syncing, sound balancing, and transitions.

4. Personal Projects - Mr. Bangard’s Content
- Edit travel videos with cinematic storytelling.
- Shoot and edit cooking/culinary videos with professional quality output.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to delivery timelines.

5. Content Development & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, social media,



and creative teams.
- Adapt content styles based on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Reels, and Shorts.

6. Brand Consistency & Technical Quality
- Maintain consistent tone, color grading, and visual quality across projects.
- Optimize videos for different platforms with proper formats and specifications.

7. File Management & Workflow
- Maintain structured storage of raw footage, project files, and final outputs.
- Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

8. Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with latest editing trends, tools, and storytelling formats.
- Experiment with creative techniques to improve engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film, Animation, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and on-ground shoots.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
