We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser (Woven) with at least 1 year of experience in garment manufacturing/export house.
This role is execution-focused, requiring strong follow-ups with factory, sampling, and production teams to ensure orders move on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day merchandising activities for woven garments
- Coordinate with sampling, production, and PPC teams:
- Track and maintain T&A; (Time & Action) calendar:
- Follow up for fabric, trims, and approvals:
- Monitor order status and production updates daily:
- Assist in sampling (proto, fit, PP, TOP) coordination
- Maintain order sheets, BOM, and reports in Excel:
- Ensure on-time execution and highlight delays proactively
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in garment merchandising (woven preferred):
- Basic understanding of garment production process:
- Knowledge of sampling stages:
- Positive Excel skills (basic formulas, tracking):
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
Pay: ₹15,245.31 - ₹25,324.90 per month
