Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and understand members’ goals.
- Design personalized workout programs based on client needs (weight loss, muscle gain, rehab support, etc.).
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety.
- Promote and sell personal training packages.
- Maintain client records and progress reports.
- Ensure gym floor supervision and assist members when required.
- Uphold Gold’s Gym brand standards and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, K11, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal training (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition basics, and fitness assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet revenue targets.
