Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the MBA department, ensuring high academic standards.
- Develop and implement curriculum in line with university norms and industry requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.
- Plan and execute academic schedules, timetables, and departmental activities.
- Promote research, publications, and consultancy within the department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as AICTE and university guidelines.
- Drive student development initiatives including internships, placements, and industry exposure.
- Coordinate with placement and training teams to enhance student employability.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interactions.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Maintain academic records and prepare reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Management or related discipline (mandatory).




- MBA with a strong academic record.
- Minimum 10-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Prior experience in academic leadership or administrative roles preferred.
