Job Title: Business Intelligence Executive

Department: Business Intelligence

Office Location: Vidyavihar East, Mumbai

Work Location: WFH, (upto 6 days exhibition visits every month)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferably in a support or data management role)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain a high-quality and reliable contact database aligned with business and user requirements.

Update and manage contact data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.

Conduct subscription and payment follow-up (collection) calls to support business operations.

Perform web-based research to identify and acquire new contacts across relevant industries and profiles.

Reconfirm and validate existing contact information to ensure database integrity.





Make subscription renewal and marketing support calls to engage with contacts and drive business growth.

Attend in-person exhibitions across Mumbai (full-day engagements, up to 6 days per month).

Key Skills & Competencies:
Graduate in any discipline.

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internet research tools.

Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers professionally.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management.

Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
