Job Location:
- IIM Road, LucknowResponsibilities:_
- _Material Receipt & Inspection:_ _Receive incoming raw materials such as uPVC profiles, Aluminium sections, hardware kits, gaskets, and glass. Verify quality, quantity, and specifications against Purchase Orders (PO)._
- _Inventory Control & Organization:_ _Systematically arrange materials (stacking, storing, labelling) to maximize space and allow easy access. Maintain accurate stock registers or ERP systems._
- _Production Support (FIFO System):_ _Issue raw materials to the production/fabrication team based on approved requisitions, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to manage inventory aging._
- _Finished Goods Management:_ _Properly store and stack fabricated doors/windows, ensuring they are protected from damage during storage._




- _Dispatch Management:_ _Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished products to construction sites._
- _Stock Audits & Reconciliation:_ _Conduct regular physical inventory audits (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile with system records to ensure 100% inventory accuracy._
- _Vendor Coordination:_ _Liaise with vendors and transporters regarding material deliveries, shortages, and damages._
- _Safety & Housekeeping:_ _Maintain high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety (EHS) in the store area to prevent accidents._
- _Documentation & Reporting:_ _Prepare daily/monthly reports on inventory levels, consumption, stock movements, and non-moving items._

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
