Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/leads:
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication
- Explain products/services and close sales:
- Maintain CRM data and follow-ups:
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships:
- Achieve monthly sales targets:
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales/telecalling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills:
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
