About the role:
An Operations Executive will be responsible for the overall working of the firm. Once the investment plan in made, he will be the one who will execute the plan by doing the documentation of clients and then placing their investments orders on BSE Star MF Portal. (It’s an online mutual fund portal from Bombay Stock Exchange.) The executive will also provide all the after sales services to the client.
The Operations Executive doesn’t have to meet any sales target or do any sort of marketing. His work is to just get the things done as & when demanded by existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Placing Mutual Fund Orders on BSE STAR MF Portal
- Co-Ordinating with Clients & providing them their investment reports
- Co-Ordinating with BSE STAR MF Operations Team for some technical issue
- Good concentration is required while placing Mutual Fund Orders.
- Decent Work Management Skills
- Good Know How of MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
