Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

What You’ll Do
- Order & Production Coordination: Assist clients in placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing status updates while liaising with the manufacturing department to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Relationship Nurturing: Proactively engage with high-value clients (artists, event planners, and corporates) to provide personalized, consultative support.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of regular and bulk order clients, reaching out for special occasions like birthdays or seasonal gifting needs.
- Feedback Collection:



Gather insights from customers to help our design teams improve products and "Unbox Creativity".

Who You Are
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, relationship management, or social media handling (E-commerce experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and Malayalam; must have a warm, professional, and "customer-first" approach.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Arts, or Communication preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and basic CRM tools; strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
- Passion: A genuine interest in art, luxury packaging, or the gifting industry.
