Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who wants hands-on experience in product thinking, UX/UI design, and real-world product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user experiences and user interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate ideas into product features.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data,



and usability insights.
- Participate in product brainstorming and ideation sessions.
- Ensure designs are user-centric, feasible, and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Basic knowledge of design systems and responsive design.
- Good visual design, typography, and layout skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
