About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Legal & Compliance Intern to support our growing legal and compliance function. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, contract management, and emerging areas like data privacy and AI compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, etc.)
Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements
Help maintain and update company policies, compliance trackers, and documentation
Conduct legal research on corporate, labor, and data privacy laws
Assist in reviewing client agreements related to AI/data annotation projects
Support internal audits, due diligence, and risk assessments
Coordinate with HR, operations, and business teams for compliance-related matters

Requirements:




Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB/LLM
Interest in corporate law, data privacy, and AI regulations
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
Positive communication skills (written & verbal)
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Basic knowledge of contracts and compliance processes
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Good to Have:
Exposure to data protection laws (GDPR, DPDP Act, etc.)
Previous internship experience in legal/compliance
Interest in tech, AI, or startup ecosystem
