Process & Implementation Associate - FinOps / Customer Onboarding

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Process & Implementation Associate to support both our Finance Operations and Customer Onboarding teams. The role involves managing financial processes and coordinating end‑to‑end onboarding of customers onto the LQPay platform across multiple gateways, ISO/MSPs, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Implementation Team in onboarding customers to LQPay; coordinate with gateways, ISO/MSPs, processors, and onsite teams.
- Track onboarding progress, follow up with all stakeholders, and ensure smooth activation within timelines.
- Assist with merchant setup, gateway configurations, and documentation management.
- Handle Accounts Receivable/Payable,



high‑volume invoice processing, and revenue reporting support.
- Maintain reconciliations, financial documentation, and operational accuracy.

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in client/customer interaction preferred.
- Prior US accounting experience (QuickBooks is a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups).
- Ability to work in mandatory night shifts.
- Fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities.
