Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a reputed pre-primary or primary school setup
- Solid command over spoken and written English:
- Ability to manage children, maintain discipline, and handle daily academic activities
- Good classroom management and communication skills

For Academic Coordinator:
- Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills:
- Ability to coordinate with teachers, parents, and management
- Experience in academic planning, monitoring, and reporting
