Job Summary:
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day workshop operations, supervising workers, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop activities and workers (fitters, welders, helpers, etc.).
- Plan and allocate work as per production schedule.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs with required quality standards.
- Monitor machine usage and ensure proper maintenance.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment.Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with store, purchase, and dispatch departments.
- Conduct routine quality checks during production.
- Maintain daily production and work reports.
- Ensure safety practices and proper use of PPE in the workshop.

Required Skills:




- Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, and workshop operations.
- Ability to manage and lead a small team of workers.
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Production or relevant field (preferred).
- Min 2 years of experience in a fabrication/assembly workshop or manufacturing unit.
- Experience in agricultural equipment manufacturing will be a added advantage.

Working Conditions:
- Full time role.
- Work involves shop floor supervision.
- May require extended hours during urgent production requirements.

- Worker productivity
- Material wastage control
- On-time job completion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
