Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school’s academic and administrative operations.
- Ensure implementation of the curriculum as per board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high educational standards.
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives for school improvement.
- Oversee student discipline, welfare, and overall development.
- Manage school operations including budgeting, infrastructure, and resources.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safety standards.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Organize and oversee school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - mandatory.
- Additional qualifications such as M.Ed.



or educational leadership certifications preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the education sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
