Job Summary:
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment. You will play a key role in helping students choose the right courses, universities, and career paths while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, course selection, and overseas education opportunities.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of courses, universities, and admission requirements.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversion and admission targets are met.
- Maintain a database of student information and manage CRM updates.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets within given timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in counselling,



customer service, or sales (Freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and local languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Pleasant personality and student-friendly approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
