About the Role
Fruxinfo Private Limited is hiring a performance-driven Meta Ads & Funnel Optimization Executive who can independently manage complete paid ad funnel execution along with advanced tracking and landing page optimization.
This is a strictly on-site role. We are looking for a data-focused performance marketer — not someone who boosts posts — but a professional who understands funnel strategy, tracking systems, and ROI-based scaling.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Build structured funnel: Awareness → Retargeting → Conversion
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, and ROAS
- Scale profitable campaigns systematically
Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
- Coordinate with design/development team for landing page improvements
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Configure event tracking and conversion goals
- Analyze traffic sources and user behavior
- Monitor funnel performance
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Install and manage tracking codes
- Implement Meta Pixel via GTM
- Set up custom events
- Debug and test tracking properly
Microsoft Clarity
- Analyze heatmaps
- Review session recordings
- Identify user behavior issues
- Improve conversion performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience in Meta performance ads
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel
- Robust analytical mindset
- Portfolio or case studies required
