Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.

Eligibility & Skills Required
- 1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in Healthcare or BPO recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Positive typing speed and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Trivandrum.
- Immediate joiners only.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
