Job Title: Jr. Video Editor

About the Role

Are you passionate about telling stories through video? We’re looking for a Video Editor who can bring ideas to life across formats — from trending Instagram reels to long-form YouTube content. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and love working in a rapid-paced marketing environment, this one's for you

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing
- Create trending, high-engagement reels for client social media accounts
- Stay updated with social trends, audio, and visual styles

Long-Form Editing
- Edit YouTube videos with compelling intros, smooth transitions, B-roll, and captions
- Work on brand content, interviews, explainers, or event coverage as needed

General Editing & Production Support
- Source and organise raw footage and media assets
- Add motion graphics, text animations, and sound effects where required
- Optimise videos for different platforms and resolutions (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)




- Manage video revisions and meet delivery deadlines

Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing (agency experience is a bonus)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic Photoshop
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media formats
- Knowledge of video compression, formats, and aspect ratios
- Bonus: Knowledge of color grading, animation, or sound mixing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to quick turnarounds
