To support our rapid market expansion across key regional clusters in Madhya Pradesh, we are hiring a target-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and scale our FMCG distribution network.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, appoint new distributors, and manage retail sales operations across designated key territories in MP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FMCG distribution, territory coverage planning, and field team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Territory Sales Expansion: Drive overall sales volume and market penetration for Rolly & Saaf Detergent powders across assigned key markets:

- Mahakaushal & Central Belt: Narsinghpur, Mandla, Dindori, Balaghat, Betul.
- Vindhya & Eastern Belt: Umaria, Anuppur, Shahdol, Singrauli, Panna.

- Distributor Network Development: Identify, negotiate with, and appoint super stockists, distributors,



and key retail accounts across these districts.
- Team Leadership & Beat Planning: Manage and mentor field sales executives, design effective beat plans, and ensure regular retail coverage across all assigned locations.
- Secondary Sales & Collections: Track daily secondary sales, monitor stock movement, and ensure timely payment collections from network partners.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, and trade promotions in the home care and detergent segment, reporting market updates directly to management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience in FMCG (preferably in detergents, laundry soaps, or household care products).
- Territory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail and distributor network in the Mahakaushal, Mahabundelkhand, and Vindhya districts of Madhya Pradesh.
- Skills: Solid distribution network management, negotiation, and team handling capabilities.
- Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Marketing background preferred).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the designated MP districts.
